  1. Oh yes...they're terrible.
  2. There's still some public domain disks I ordered from them 15 months ago 
  3. I haven't received...I've sent them a letter and about 5 emails.  On 2 of 
  4. the emails they said they'd check it right out, but I've since been 
  5. forwarding a copy of the e-mail I sent and their response, hoping they 
  6. just forgot, but alas....nothing.
  7. Of course, calling is out of the question since no one ever answers the 
  8. phone.

  10. It wasn't the big of a mistake on my order, thankfully, but they're 
  11. obviously totally irresponsible (and I was wondering when I would begin 
  12. to see other stories about them on the Internet!!).
